      I purchased 4 brand new tires plus road Hazzard on my vehicle. I have to have a new tire now because of a hole in the side wall .I'm now was told I would have to pay for new tire which they don't have to match the other 3 plus pay for balance and mounting and pay for road Hazzard again new valve stem .Now my paper work for road Hazzard say I shouldn't have to pay that. I did pay as I need my tire I also asked for copy of all the paper work they refused to give me the paper work .I still want a copy of all the paper work from this repair done on October 10 and October 11 2024 .I again was refused to have paper work and told to leave the building.

      Customer had brought us a loose tire. The road hazard program requires vehicle information for us to process the claim. I am not sure what paperwork the customer is requesting. She has a copy of the invoice. We do not retain copies of the road hazard registration. I would need to know specifically what the customer is asking for.

      We took out 2006 Lexus to them with a check engine light and rough idle. We requested them to check over the vehicle and resolve the issue. We believed it needed a tune up. They only replaced only the plugs charging is almost $1300 to do it. We later found out they only changed the plugs and it was not actually the problem. After spending almost $2500 trying to resolve the issue we took the vehicle to the Lexus dealer who was able to resolve the issue(broken air intake) for $354.Broadway tire was unwilling to work with me to resolve the mis diagnosis and repairs charged.Get a second opinion before having them do any work!!!

      ******************** brought ** his Lexus RX400 and asked us to replace the spark plugs. The manager at that location, ***, asked him if he was having problems and ******************** informed him that it was not running right. At that time, *** recommended that we should perform a diagnostic to see what is causing the problem. ******************** refused to authorize a diagnostic and asked us to replace the spark plugs because he was sure that is what the problem was. *** did inform him that there was no guarantees since we did not do a diagnostic. We completed the repair and ******************** picked up the vehicle. The initial bill was $804.61. ******************** returned a week later and told us that the problem had returned and the check engine light was back on. We did do a code scan and found the vehicle codes indicating a misfire on cylinder #1 and cylinder #6. *** informed him we should complete a full diagnostic and once again, ******************** declined the diagnostic and took the vehicle. ******************** was not charged anything for this visit. ******************** returned two weeks later and asked us to replace the ignition coils for the two problem cylinders. We completed the requested work and ******************** picked the vehicle up. This bill was $521.82. ******************** did not spend $2500.00 with our facility. ******************** did return and informed us that he did allow the Lexus dealer to perform a diagnostic and they found the problem. He was requesting a refund for the work performed at his request. We did not do a diagnostic on this vehicle. *** did offer ******************** a $250.00 refund out of good will but he left our facility before accepting the refund. ******************** is trying to hold us responsible for work that was never performed or charged for.
