    We paid cash about three months ago for a used fridge from *****'s. ***** specifically mentioned to us that "I just finished putting a brand new compresssor in here." We eanted a stainless steel fridge so we jumped on the offer. Since we paid ******************* only charged 680 insteaf of the 780 price. It stopped working Oct. 8 on Saturday. *****'s business also repairs fridges but since it was a Saturday we called a different repair man. The control panel blew, so we originally thought we just needed to replace it. We at first did not contact the business since it has been over 30 days warranty. We felt it was just bad luck. We paid over 600 for the repair and fees, which i do have a reciept for. On Wednesday Oct 12 when the repair man came back with the new panel, the fridge instantly blew the panel as it was plugged in. We all scratched our heads when my boyfriend mentioned ***** fixing the compressor. Upon further inspection, the repair man said many pieces were missing. What ***** did was took out the start relay, compasitor, and harness. He also cut out all the wires and hard wired them to the compressor. This caused too much power running to the compressor and the panel blew. The repair man informed me he was surprised my fridge lasted this long, and that ***** would know what he did was wrong. I have a second recipet to pay another 450 for more parts. I looked at ****** reviews and found people who went through similar situations, but they got their products fixed by ***** and received terrible treatment from ***** directly. My boyfriend called Thursday Oct 13 and spoke to ***** directly. This is important my boyfriend ****** never yelled. He explained the problem, and ***** responded "what the f*** you want me to do about it?!" ****** responded "you know it's wrong I'd like you to handle it". ***** cussed at him, didn't hang up but proceeded to tell his workers we yelled at him. Once he realized we were still on call he hung up.
