I opened an account at VCCU with Cindy. Everything went smooth, as I was in and out in no time at all. They have a very nice staff, polite and efficient.

I applied for a loan on-line and was approved very quickly! It was only a matter of about 48 hours, and I had my check in hand! We worked with Jesse who was pleasant and easy to work with - no high-pressure sales pitch for "extras." I have dealt with this CU with a non-profit that I work with and have found their customer service to be exemplary. I may switch more of my banking to this institution as they seem to understand customer SERVICE!Valley Communities Credit Union

I love banking with Valleys Community Credit Union! It’s great knowing my money stays local and supports the community. The service is always solid and personal. Had a great experience recently with Amanda *—she helped me with a cashier’s check and made the whole thing super easy. She was professional, kind, and had a beautiful smile that made the interaction even more pleasant. Highly recommend VCCU if you’re looking for a place that treats you like more than just an account number.Valley Communities Credit Union

The new online service is difficult to use and less functional than previous online resources. It is also difficult to reach a representative on Saturdays.Valley Communities Credit Union

I moved to the area about a year ago and went through a couple of financial institutions before coming to VCCU. Amber went above and beyond to help me get my new accounts set up. The ladies in Marshfield are all very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone because they truly care about their members and it shows.Valley Communities Credit Union

With our local bank branch in ******* closing, we decided to move our accounts to Valley Communities Credit Union in order to keep our banking in town. Ashley was super helpful explaining the different accounts and helping us set up new accounts. She supplied the needed paperwork we needed to move our existing online banking to our new accounts. I just wanted to reach out and mention Sue *, I recently bought a vending machine business and I come in every two weeks with a few hundred ones and a bucket of change. Poor sue has to count and bundle them for me, but she does a great job and has a smile on her face :)Valley Communities Credit Union
