      No Bull Guarantee is no more. Have purchased over a dozen pairs of the buck naked underwear. The elastic bands are failing on pairs that are within 2-3 years old (generic pairs from ****** are still going strong after 5 years). I attempted to return 3 pairs with failed elastic and was told the warranty was only a year and that this was nothing new. Apparently Duluth quietly changed their warranty without making it public- this was never a problem before. I feel cheated. I paid top dollar for a premium product with a written guarantee and now the company wont honor it. This was the ******* ******* store,

      I purchased several pairs of their firehose work pants for my husband. These pants were sold under a no bull guarantee return ************* are advertised as the toughest work pants made, for people who work tough, physical jobs & are not supposed to rip. They are listed in their description as abrasion resistant. After purchasing them my husband was laid off (pandemic) for two years. After returning to work last year he wore them & the fabric started breaking down & almost shredding, eventually causing several tears. I called to initiate an exchange (per THEIR policy), after looking up my orders & giving my information, I was told that because one of the tears was near a pocket (the damage is all over the pants) this is considered normal wear & tear & they refused to exchange them. According to the no bull guarantee I can return or exchange these pants with NO time limit if their is any damage to the pants, It says nothing about normal wear & tear. I spoke to a representative & a supervisor. They should have to honor their own guarantee as well as their guarantee that these pants are abrasion resistant. These pants are very expensive & they are not what they are advertised as. I bought 4 pairs & every single pair has torn & not from any abusive actions or neglect by the wearer. You can clearly see from the pictures that its the quality of the fabric & that is whats breaking down in the pants. The supervisor told me I could pay to mail the ************ would have someone look at them & decide if its normal wear & tear & if it they decide it is, they keep the pants & dont send them back or refund us!!! So Im supposed to pay to mail them back 4 pairs of pants I paid $90 a piece for so they can keep them??!!! Thats crazy.

      The actual date of transation 10/31/20. I made a purchase of a pair of Duluth **** Pans on **** from Rongreenfish. Rongreenfish purchased the pants fromDuluth and shipped the pants to my address. He then reported the item undelivered and his money was refunded. I had not knowledge of this till Duluth sent me an e-mail saying I owed them $*****.When the fradulent activity was discovered I reported Rongreenfish to ***** I returned the pants 10/27/21 to customer service at ******************** when I discovered Duluth put a hold on my account. I thought the situation is resolved. It is not. I just made a purchase on line and discovered my account with Duluth is still had a hold. I called customer service and when I asked to speak with a supervisor ***************** up on **** have reported the fraud to **** and even attached a receipt where I returned the pants to Duluth. I want the hold removed from my account. I called **** and they cannot help me.Because the item was shipped to me, Duluth says I owe them ***** and refuses to remove the hold on my account. I have made numerous calls to Duluth and cannot get this resolved.

      Ordered 5 pair underwear and fleece lined pants for my husband. Received a woman's button down shirt and 5 pair underwear. Contacted customer service immediately. They told me I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING TO THE *** STORE TO RETURN THE WOMAN'S SHIRT... Let me reiterate. DULUTH sent me the wrong item. I contacted customer service and I am told that I HAVE TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY TO DRIVE TO THE *** STORE TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM BACK TO THEM. Absolutely, UNBELIEVABLE and I believe they have no right to actually have me spend my money for their mistake. So. I am sending everything back now. AND I KNOW there's going to be a problem with the refund because the return is going to have a woman's shirt not the men's pants that I ordered. THEY LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH THIS. *******************************
