    Kitchen countertop installation started on 8/29/2022. *** was paid a total of $3,300 ($2,100 of that amount he insisted to be paid in CASH only) to install new kitchen countertops, new sink, tile backsplash, and 4 wall outlet replacements. I am disputing the workmanship provided on the incorrect measurement of countertops, and poor installation. I have asked Dan the Handyman for a refund of $1,200 so I can have a reputable installer re-measure, re-order, and re-install new countertops in the correct manner. Seams in the countertops that *** installed are uneven, caulking has dried up leaving them vulnerable to absorbing moisture, and are located next to kitchen sink. 10/13/22 I texted *** photos of countertop showing seams being uneven and unacceptable. 10/18/22 re-sent same text with photos to *** and left voicemail asking him to call me. 10/19/22 sent email to ****************** with photos and request he refund me $1,200. 11/3/22 sent certified letter with photos and request he refund me $1,200, letter not claimed and was returned to me on 11/29/22. I have left numerous voicemails for *** between 10/19/22 through today, asking that he refund me $1,200 and call me back. I also offered for him to come back and see that the countertops seams have shifted, caulk has dried up and look terrible, leaving them vulnerable to absorbing water and liquids.
