    We have had seasonal Services for years. However, the last time they came to do the lawn fertilizing and weed control- it was only a partial job. They did the front, then brought a hand spreader but only did a quarter of the back lawn. We talked to our account rep as well as the individual who did the last one- he claims he did the full back yard. I had watched him, and he stopped with one fill of the spreader, (doing only 1/4 of the yard) and left. When he came today 7/31/24, He took his rider off the truck filled it, then filled the backpack sprayer, and was going to start with the back. We brought the "oversight" to his attention- but he denied missing 3 /4 of the back lawn. AS he came to the back, I again told him he failed to do the entire back the last time. He claimed he did. As I am retired, I told him I watched what was done, and also checked the back lawn, and no granules were present for 3/4 of the yard which I told him. He disagreed, and walk to the far corner, made one small quick spray and apparently decided he did not want to do any of our lawn today. He walked back to the truck, put the sprayer in and put the rider spreader in (without having used it). We had no work done, but he left as though he did the whole lawn. He also left a bill. He was here less than 5 minutes, not counting 10 minutes to fill the sprayer. Overall, no one is taking responsibility for the incompetence of this employee. We cancelled our contract after arguing with the account rep, Tyler, and will take our business elsewhere and would strongly urge others to watch their work and/or do the same.
