      We had a whole house of windows installed 7+ months ago. At install, we noticed some windows didnt work properly and there was shoddy caulking and trim work done. The window manager came out and inspected the work. He said that our $10k bay window, that still wont latch closed, looked like a rushed Friday job. Id say thats generous. But he claimed theyd return in spring with a crew and itd take a days worth of work to correct. After not hearing back from the company, my wife started contacting them in mid-late June. Its been about a month and all weve received is the run-around. The same window manager said hed send someone out to correct the issue in a couple hours. When asked what happened to a full crew and a days work, he said he wasnt looking at his notes. He said he doesnt make the schedule, and refused to provide the name/number for the scheduler when asked directly for it. And yes, we have all the texts. We have pictures too. Id love for someone actually responsible for this company to come to our home and inspect the work your crew did. I bet youd be as embarrassed as we are to have this c*** on our home. But since I dont have a point of contact other than the guy making my wife (whos much more tolerant than I am) angry, I will post my complaint here in the hopes you see it. Please, come here and look at this garbage.

      *****, my sincerest apologies. I currently have everyone in a production meeting in the next room. I will have something for you within the next hour or two and will contact you with a corrective course of action.
