      I had some hairline cracks in the floor of my shower. I hired Miracle Method fix them by applying a patch over the area. It worked perfectly. Eventually I developed more cracks in other areas so I had them do further repairs in other areas. This time they injected expanding foam to strengthen areas of the floor that were spongy and most likely the cause of the cracks. I also had them apply a new finish to that portion of the shower floor. The project looks great. The company followed up both prior to the work and after. I highly recommend them!

      I had the same problem as ****. In July of 2023, I also had my shower floor done & several months later several long areas of the floor tile lifted up. I called Nicole & she said that their process had nothing to do with the tile floor lifting up. You would think that with ****** problem only a few months removed, she might see a cause & effect between their method & now 2 (that we know of) tile lifting up problems. I would not have paid nor was I offered a price for them to come out & try to fix the problem. As with ****, this problem will cost additional several thousands of dollars to fix on top of the $1,050.00 I paid them for their services. Including Nicole's rudeness, the total failure of their product plus the additional problems & inconvenience that repairs will take, I will be getting legal representation to get the remedy that Miracle Method refuses to acknowledge. I hope **** does the same.****

      Initially everything looked good, but within a few months, both showers we had done started to fail. A large section completely came up in the middle of our shower. When I called them, they said their policies had changed and now they were going to charge me to come out to fix their failing installation. They refused to come out without me paying them in advance. I explained these practices are unacceptable, and they offered me $20 off. I don't want $20 off, I want you to take responsibility for ruining my shower floor.I used to recommend them to friends, but I no longer can. They don't stand behind their own products and will charge you to come out and fix it when it fails.I will say our repair tech was great, but we absolutely should not have to pay for that.
