  We just had a 100 % kitchen remodel done and we are completely satisfied in all aspects of their work on our kitchen. This is the 3rd time we've used Brew City Remodeling for home improvements and could not be any happier each time with the quality and professionalism of everyone involved. If I'm getting something done beyond my abilities, Brew City Remodeling is the ONLY one who I will deal with. Family and friends all 100 % satisfied.We have an old house along with mistakes of prior owners or builders, but Brew City has seen it all before and has fixed all the flaws that we had before our remodeling effort. These are friendly, honest, and great people to work with. The quality and craftmanship of their custom made maple cabinets is truly amazing. The corners and cuts are all crisp and clean and square. Impressive.I would recommend Brew City Remodeling to anyone looking for a quality outcome.

  We have used Bill and the Brew City crew for jobs both large and small. After buying our house we had a leak around a window and other people we called were having trouble determining and communicating the issue. Bill very quickly was able to clearly identify the problem and a solution. This year we had Brew City do new construction on all of our windows. Bill and Johnny were extremely detailed while being highly efficient. It was apparent Brew City is dedicated to making sure things get done the right way. They took extra time to do some additional work due to unforeseen issues that came up due to concerns with the poor condition around the previous windows. We couldn’t be happier with how the windows turned out! Communication is always prompt and Bill is always willing to answer questions. We would highly recommend Brew City Remodeling for any remodeling needs.

  **** * *** * Before I speak of the quality of the finished project, I must tell you how impressive the rough carpentry and construction was. Existing joists were shaved and/or added to, on floors, walls, and ceiling, to obtain a level base and perpendicular walls. Johnny, the carpenter and electrician, took no shortcuts. None of this is visible in the end, but it was all necessary to allow the visible finished job to appear as perfect as it is. The plumbing for this project was extensive and complicated and had to extend from the third floor to the basement. Dale was a perfectionist, and although most of his work is not visible now, the process of it was most impressive. The plumbing functions perfectly and the fixtures look great. In addition to being a contractor and carpenter, Bill is also a cabinet maker. We had specific ideas for a double vanity and shopped around for prefabricated units, due to the high prices we were quoted by others for a custom build. Bill not only fabricated a beautiful vanity to our exact design, but the materials used were top of the line. Additionally, his pricing was below those of the prefabricated models. We used six distinct types of stone and tile in our bathroom. The tiler, John, was meticulous in his work and the finished presentation took our breath away. The fact that we were able to achieve a result that surpassed our original vision was made even sweeter by Brew City’s more than fair and competitive pricing; far below that of the design/build companies. We have all had, or heard of, construction and remodeling projects that ranged from disappointing to nightmares. Ours was just the opposite. The quality of the people and the project, as reflected in both the process and the finished product, exceeded all expectations. I would not only recommend Bill and Brew City Remodeling to people, but also tell them that they are foolish not to use them.

  My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill Corrao of Brew City Remodeling. We had a flood as a result of a frozen pipe on the third floor of our 100-year-old home, which damaged the ceiling, floor, and walls of the second-floor bathroom. This necessitated a complete deconstruction down to the studs. We then decided to take the opportunity to expand the bathroom slightly when remodeling it. We interviewed a sizable number of remodeling options, including solo contractors, where we would function as general contractor, to large design-build companies. We were immediately most comfortable with Bill. Besides his friendly and open personality, he presented himself as extremely professional and competent. Additionally, his pre-contract job evaluation was more detailed than any of the others. He found issues which had to be included and addressed, that the others would have found, and charged for, during the job process. Bill was the general contractor and arranged all the subcontractors and materials. However, unlike the other contractors, Bill charged only for his work and not the materials, saving us greatly on the usual contractor finish material mark-ups. Brew City Remodeling’s professionalism started with the job site preparation, insuring protection of all areas around and leading to the job site. At the end of every day, all these areas were swept and vacuumed, leaving a clean site. All of Bill’s workers and subcontractors were held to the same high professional standards. They were courteous and respectful of our space and privacy, which is particularly important when one has any number of people coming and going in one’s house over a three-month period. Although I have not yet addressed the quality of the work, all the above preliminary and ancillary factors are critical in the flow and livability during the actual construction project.

  Bill and Johnny were fantastic to work with. Their attention to detail was impressive and they expertly remodeled our 80 year old ranch house last year. The team was respectful and hardworking and made sure everything ran smoothly. Johnny didn’t miss a single detail, no matter how small. We were recommended them by friends and have since recommended them to our friends. It was worth the wait.

  We had a wonderful experience with Brew City Remodeling renovating the bathroom in our 100-year-old bungalow. In my experience, communication can make or break a project like this, and their communication was outstanding. We always knew what was happening, and what to expect next. If I sent a text it was answered immediately, often with a phone call too. There were no breaks in the project. There was someone here basically every day, always working a full 8-9 hours. Everyone was friendly with our family (including our very nosy cat) and respectful of our space. When they left for the day, the area was tidy and clean. Bill even repaired a broken railing by our back stairs that was not in scope, just because he's that nice of a guy. One of the things I appreciated the most was that Bill and Johnny brought their deep experience and perspective. If I asked for advice they gave their candid opinion without being pushy. They took my input and added their professional opinion in a collaborative way. I love our new bathroom, and I would recommend Brew City Remodeling to anyone doing a renovation. The quality, craftsmanship, and communication cannot be beat.

  Bill, Johnny, and crew transformed our master bath and closet. They were creative in their ideas, open to any suggestions, clean, timely and very professional. They were able to take our vision and create new space savers in our closet. They took our vanity ideas and custom made them according the size and design we hoped for.   Last year, Bill essentially rebuilt the collapsing roof on my 70’s ranch - a job that required careful planning and execution to prevent damage to the rest of the house while ‘deconstructing’ and correcting the problem. Bill’ expertise and the great results made me certain I wanted him back to replace some huge windows, the patio doors and my siding this year. I was not even interested in getting any other estimates, and Bill and his guys did not disappoint! Yes, it took a while because this is a small company, but to me that’s a plus, and the job was well planned and done right. If you want someone to sweep in and re-side in a day, don’t bother calling Bill- he doesn’t operate that way. They treated my home as their own, with thorough clean up each day. Every detail was crafted so beautifully and precisely, I can’t stop staring at my house. Moving forward, I would never consider another company if it’s a job that Bill could tackle. You will not be disappointed!

  I wish there was a way to upload photos of the work. What Bill and John did beat my expectations and made me realize what a craft they have and what "finishing work" actually means. I sometimes live my life by "good enough" and I learned they do not. They do everything with perfection. We had a bathroom put in our rec room along with other remodeling behind our bar. It was rustic yet classy yet trendy. Which was everything we wanted. Bill and John + Team, worked hard, were professional the whole way and I will hire them in the future for other projects we have.

  Bill is a total rock star! I had a HUGE drywall project and needed an expert. Bill is professional, prompt and easy to work with. He didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. I would give 10 stars if

  They just finished a primary bathroom that required a complete gut. They moved walls, plumbing, and electrical. They removed 2 layers of floor tile and started from scratch. Looks great. On time (duration) and on budget. They did take several extra months to start, but we knew they were busy. They cleaned up after themselves during the process. They pulled permits and did everything the right way, no shortcuts. Best remodelers we have had, and we have done quite a bit of work over the years. Middle of the road on price.
