John, Jose and Eddie are a great team. They displayed brilliant attention to detail and communicated with every step of the way.! Very pleasant and professional. Thank you, John, for your bringing up that you specialize in this area because we had had been procrastinating in getting these remodel jobs. I recommend RPM for anyone who wants to have their homes updated and looking like we want, and even better!

John and his team did an amazing job building our new deck. Deck is large at around 1,300 sq. ft. They were easy to work with, rolled with the punches when we had supply issues and the construction quality was amazing. RPM will be my first call for future projects.RPM Services & Management, LLC

Very pleased overall with RPM's work. What started out as a desire last August to convert the primary bathroom tub to a walk-in shower evolved into a full bathroom remodel of the primary, guest and half bathrooms. The main reason for selecting RPM for the majority of the work was their advice, flexibility and pricing to do ALL the work needed. RPM completed the remodels in October of the guest and half baths which involved taking out an old tub and replacing with a standard size whirlpool tub, plus installing new vanities, sinks, toilets, adding electrical for the tub, lights, fans, mirrors, flooring and painting. The work on the primary bathroom was delayed until January since a custom built vanity, linen tower and countertop was needed to fit a long wall. We did choose another vendor for the primary tub to shower conversion only because of the proprietary shower wall materials they offered. That vendor also bid on the custom vanity however we selected RPM since they could do all the work needed for that bathroom plus did such a great job on the first two bathrooms. We love our new bathrooms and are already thinking of future remodeling projects that RPM can assist with.RPM Services & Management, LLC

I can't say enough good things about John and his RPM team. I hired him to completely gut and transform 2 bathrooms in my home. The 1st floor bathroom was a half bath that John converted to a full bath. This involved moving an existing laundry room to allow for the shower in the bathroom. The team had to move walls and plumbing lines to complete this. The 1st floor also included taking out extremely outdated ceramic tile and putting in LVT flooring. The 2nd floor bathroom was completely gutted and updated. John has an eye for detail and had great suggestions for both bathrooms to make the most out of the space. He even suggested a lighted mirror for the bathroom that I constantly get compliments on. Due to the amazing service I have received I have hired his team to complete other small jobs for me. He replaced some rotting stairs on a back porch with concrete steps. I wasn't even considering concrete and because John could see that the stairs had rotted due to water sitting there - he said concrete was a better option. His staff is respectful of your property and John makes himself available for any questions and to monitor progress. I will continue to use RPM for all my home update needs and I continue to recommend him whenever I can.RPM Services & Management, LLC

John and his team did a shower remodel for us. They were professional, timely, and organized. They provided a clear schedule in advance of starting work via email, kept to that schedule or would communicate if anything needed to be changed. They were polite to the family and did a fantastic job. We will certainly be using them again.RPM Services & Management, LLC

1 starVery disappointed in this company, in both their professionalism and quality.We had an employee steal from our home and the owner said he would make it right by replacing what was stolen but never did. When reminded of this, the owner came up with his own story trying to justify the situation, rather than taking any accountability.Their workmanship and quality was extremely poor. They damaged or incorrectly installed the majority of the materials that I paid for. They also damaged woodwork and other things around the work they completed. I shared dozens of pictures with the owner and he did send someone back out to put putty over things to try and hide the issues. When this wasnt enough he said no job is done without defects. I wouldnt accept this so he said I bought cheap materials and the poor quality was on me and I should have used his preferred products. However the materials were some of the highest quality and I showed him samples before I even placed the order to get his opinion on quality and make sure that they would be comfortable installing them. He said it was one of the best products hed seen and assured they would be able to install. At no point was there any mention of poor quality or having preferred brands/materials that they would recommend. The employees installing also commented on how high quality the product was. When reminded of this, he then tried pivoting to say my materials came damaged. I never saw any damage upon arrival and none of the employees ever mentioned any of the material coming damaged, nor did they document any quality issues.The truth is that RPM employees ***** on the job (the owner did acknowledge), didnt use proper equipment (ex: they used a hammer on new floors rather than a rubber mallet), and damaged our materials and other parts of our home. 5 starsJohn & his team recently completed a full remodel on our home in ******** ** ****** He and his crew are magnificent. Clean, professional, always on time. Changes that needed or should be made were always discussed in a honest way. The project started on time and was finished on time, except for the obvious delay due to a few upgrades we decided to do. John and RPM came highly recommended and have proven to be the right choice. ****** * ******** ************
