      I have a purchase agreement with them that states $85 routine maint visits. Since they sold to another company they will not honor. I recommend going to another company.

      They installed a furnace and air unit in my home several years ago. Was informed they will no longer be serving the ********* area You would think the company would honor it customer who purchased from them

Part of this involved refocusing our service area to better serve the greater majority of our customers with the level of quality they expect and deserve.Due to your proximity to our service area, we determined that we would not be able to provide you with the best possible service.       Extremely unhappy with the company. Hade an air conditioner and furnace installed two years ago and have done regular maintenance on both. Despite this I have hade more problems with both the new air conditioner and furnace than I ever hade with my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner. Would NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. Stay away poor instillation and protect quality. I am so disappointed in the this company that I dont even want to use them for my maintenance moving forward.
