    I have been out of storage unit close to a week before september. I have called at least 6 times and no one calls me back at all!! I called once and got a male answer the phone and as soon as I said who I was he hung up on me and wouldn't answer after!! Very horrible custumer service to say the least! This is bad!! I have got nothing in the mail or any calls about any thing!! The storage place is over charging me $4 a month for a grand total of $36 I brought it up to them and he didn't really care!! Needs to be changed he says!! Didn't want to listen.. The web **** says $85 per month and he's charging me $89

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22326210, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear  Wrong!           This guy is a chronic liar. He says I didn’t pay last month rent but see the two money orders. 

    I paid every single month I was there. As far as not sending in a 30 day notice.  I mailed out the 30 day on 7-3 2024. Well before  the day I left on 8-26 or 8-27 2024. He got it early enough and it was mailed with rent check and no complaints about that months rent so he got it. My last day was scheduled for 8-31-2024   I have a picture of money order for August. ( the month he says I didn’t pay)  this guy will do anything to rip someone off.  He never called me ever!  My phone has never had  more than 2 messages on it ever so there is no way that he called. This guy lies a lot and he care what happens as long as he gets money!!  Pretty sad that people don’t know the truth about him.         I have original money orders here and receipt to look to see if cashed by who to show this guy is more of a liar.  Both money orders are here can’t download for some reason.  Only 2 mp but won’t download. I don’t know what to do

    I rented a storage unit from **** in which I followed his procedure when vacating to be refunded the $89 security deposit. Procedure is to give a 30-day written notice, received prior to the 1st of the month of vacating. I gave notice to vacate on 12/8/22, being out of unit on 2/1/23. I was out on 1/6/23... almost a full month ahead of time. ****** boyfriend have both contacted **** by text, phone call (which he does not answer) and left numerous voicemails close to 10 times to get my security deposit back! It has been over 4 months I have been waiting! I want my security deposit back with additional compensation to cover interest which would have been earned for the 4 months.
