Clients will be responsible for 20% of the total invoice if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice prior to any reservations for extended visits and overnight care.
With the exception of severe weather, life threatening emergencies, or a death in the family, any cancellations prior to a major holiday with less than a 7 day notice will result in 50% of the total invoice for services to be paid if services include extended visits or overnight stays.
