    I brought my snowblower (S.N.411656048) To Krueger small engine repair late August 2023 to repair a broken cable and fix an oil leak. On October 16 2023 Kruegers called me to tell me the snowblower was repaired. I was told that there was no oil leak and charged me $53 or so for the cable repair.I informed them that the machine was under warranty.(Purchased 12/19/2023 from Krueger hardware with a 3 year warranty) I was told by the service person that Kruegers would have to submit the repair to Toro. I contacted **** and there response was it was between myself and Kruegers. It's been another 5 weeks with no response from Kruegers. I would like my snowblower back with the warranty repair covered.Thank you

    Our service team appropriately deemed the broken cable a wear part and not covered under ****'s consumer warranty. **** initially agreed that this was the case. Subsequently both our service team and you appealed to Toro to cover the repair under warranty. It is our understanding that **** agreed to cover the repair which we completed. The unit was picked up the week of December 11. We hope the issue was resolved to your satisfaction.
