    Unfortunately this isnt going to be a good review. I was told by my warranty company that this is the contractor I had to use. I have already paid $125 and I had to contact them rather than them contacting me as I was told they would do. They couldnt come for a while and so we scheduled it at a time that was convenient for us both which was more than 10 days after the initial request was made. The day they were expected to be at my house 6/26 between 11-1 I received a text message at 9:22 am stating that they couldnt take on more work and they transferred my request to another company. This shows me and hopefully helps others that they have poor professional ethics and are not reliable. I assume because it was through a warranty program they thought I wasnt worth being a customer.

    I highly recommend this company what a great team of professional's they came to fix a problem that another company whom were hired from my home warranty. totally botched the installation, Well Jack Kiefer Heating & Air Conditioning to the rescue Very professional. And courteous I wish I could Rate 10 Stars
