    ThedaCare Orthopedic clinic has stairs you have to walk up in the XRay room in order to obtain a weight bearing xray. I have a severely sprained and broken ankle. I was brought to the **ray room barefoot with my crutches. Due to the narrow and rickety (temporary) staircase, I was unable to maneuver my crutches to get to the top. I had to walk barefoot up 4 steps and the down 4 steps. Overnight my ankle and leg pain increased to an unbearable amount and after 7 weeks is finally starting to improve. Instead of the medical team assisting me in healing, they caused more physical damage to my injury. I let them know immediately the pain that this caused. They were negligent and agree that should have never happened but never apologized or showed any amount of remorse or care.
