Durashield responded within a day to my warranty request. Made a site visit a day or 2 later and had a repair crew on site within a week. Outstanding service. Beyond my expectations.

We went with Alex from Dura Shield for replacing our house and garage roofs. Alex was so easy to work with and provided all the information we needed and wanted. His team got both roofs done in one day and respected our home making sure to clean everything up when they finished. They also came the day after to use a magnet tool to grab any screws that may have been in the lawn. Great and easy experience with Alex and Dura Shield. Our condo was very impressed with the overall service. Their quote was the most comprehensive and we knew what we were getting from the beginning. Durashield did a great job from beginning to end. They helped us with the insurance company, provided us with options for doing our repairs and explained how things would happen. When the work was completed we were very happy with the quality of their work. In addition they did a great job cleaning up. The Durashield team that we had was great they were very knowledgeable and planned our roofing job every step of the way. They communicated throughout the process, when materials would be delivered, when the job would start and finish and clean up plan . The roof was completed in under two days and did an amazing job! My roof had damage from the hail storm of April 2022. I put in a request online for a roof inspection and later that same day I met with Shawn to schedule an inspection and meet with my insurance adjuster. Communication throughout the project was prompt and informative. That was the key to the great customer service. The roof was completed in a timely manner and all was picked up and clean when they left.DuraShield Roofing & Contracting
