Carl had my car for a week. After 2 days with no contact I attempted to call for an update, but no one would answer the phone. I made contact on the morning of day 3 and was given the run around for 2 more days, this was one-way contact only. I was first told by Carl that he would do the work himself, but he wanted $250 to start work (which I agreed to, with the understanding that they would be diagnosing the issue more in depth), the next day I was told Doug was going to do it, today Carl was going to talk to Doug when he returned from lunch and I would get a call back. Two hours later I went to the shop to try to get any kind of answers and was told work had not started. I told Carl I was going to call around town to other shops and I was upset by the lack of work, despite being told on the phone that work was being done. I was told to "get the ******** out". I took my key and left.

Sorry For the miss understanding, But we did get a look at it and did a inspection on the wires to the transmission. I did discuses that we were would like to pull the transmission pan and inspect the transmission wire harness and the solenoid in the transmission. But no excuse I did have to go to a doctor appointment Wednesday and that **** was going to pull the pan for me. When you called **** was on a test drive when i looked for him and he was out to lunch from 1 to 2, when you came in you did not want to talk you were just mad. I did have time into looking at the car but i did not charge for it, I hope you find someone to repair your car.

In October of 2024 I had a serious situation with my transmission in my 2011 buick lacrosse cxl. Repair wasn't possible it needed replacement. At ray's they gave me two options when many shops would have given me only one . They gave me an option of new or used with a $2,000 dollar difference in price so I went with used and I couldn't be happier the transmission runs flawlessly also *** ******** had told me I needed new rotars I mentioned it to the mechanic at ray's and they said they would replace them if needed for the cost of parts not labor. They informed me that there was nothing wrong with my rotors they just had a small amount of rust nothing to worry about again other shops like *** ******** would have charged me for work that wasn't needed while ray's did not. A huge bonus is a full 12 month warranty on the Repair, that's insane never have I gotten a warranty like that ! They said if I had any concerns about anything to bring it in and they would check it out. *** ******** also told me I needed like $2,500 in strut and tune up Repair I plan on having ray's check that out for me as well I won't be returning to *** ******** for anything. The mechanics at ray's are the upper echelon of mechanic professionals and have a myriad of certifications and would recommend them to anyone in need of high quality Repair work. Thank you to everyone at ray's transmission I'll definitely be doing more business with you in the future!!
