      I recently used Budd Van Lines while moving from New Jersey to Utah. There was an accident with my goods during the move and everything was destroyed (basically everything I own). Budd proceeded to deliver the goods (very delayed) stating that the damage was not that bad. When opening the boxes we found shattered glass, maggots, motor oil, and other debris from the accident and pretty much everything was destroyed. We even had stuff delivered to us that wasn't ours and we had plenty of items missing. We were told that we cannot throw any of the damaged goods away because it would void our claim. WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THE INSURANCE TO SUBMIT OUR CLAIM!!!!! We have been stepping around boxes and broken goods since September!!! We live in an 800sq ft apartment and have not been able to use the kitchen or extra bedroom since we moved in. Nobody will give me a date this will be resolved, and it looks like there is no end in sight. Budd Van Lines has hurt us finically as well as mentally. We are not even sure when they will pay us out for the broken goods at this point. I strongly suggest staying away from this company.
