    On June 5, 2023, we contacted TJ Custom on the status of a project they were working on for us. We ordered a kitchen table, 8 chairs, and a cabinet at a cost of $5,000. We were told the supplies were in hand and they were expecting to deliver our items in less than 2 weeks. We had provided the requirements for the build many months prior (we provided pictures of what we wanted, and during the build we were asked several times to send more pictures via text, the dimensions were discussed at length). All of the communications are saved and can be provide. On June 26, 2023 they delivered the table, 8 chairs, and the cabinet and we paid in full at this time. The product delivered is not what we requested and had the following defects:**The table is rough on the surface (unfinished) in many spots.**Of the 8 chairs delivered, 4 of the chairs were a different height **All 8 chairs have unfished/un-sanded edges, posts are too high, have sharp corners and raw edges and an oversized seat with sharp corners. The back slats of the chairs were supposed to be contoured with 5, not 4 slats, and the seat was supposed to be contoured instead of a square block of wood. All pieces of the chairs are sharp with NO softness or smoothing of edges, including the legs and feet.**There is a handle missing on the cabinet. On the day the product was delivered, TJ Custom took back with them the 4 chairs that were not the correct height and promised to bring the handle for the cabinet. We later discussed additional repairs needed to the table and chairs in several emails between June 26 and now. TJ Customs is very non-communicative with us, not returning any reply until a 3rd or 4th attempt. We instructed TJ Custom we have completely lost our trust in their ability to fix any of the issues with the product.TJ Custom still has 4 of our chairs.. We would like TJ Custom to refund us $4,000 and take back the table and 4 other chairs that are in our home.
