    work was done around June/2023 invoice # ****** We had amp age increased and a new mast installed. We had inspector from city **me out and approve work A few months after work was **mpleted we noticed a water leak. Which prompted me to have a few roofing **mpanies **me out for quotes.( I believe the leak are **ming from where the old mast was and NOT where the new mast is. So I wasn't trying to **ntact the electric ** to claim they caused a leak. ) I had 2 separate roof **mpanies **me out and almost immediately they BOTH said that my new mast should have a boot on it to prevent leaks. Because the caulk that they put around it doesn't last long. One **mpany said they've never seen a mast without one.So My husband and I started to reach out to precision electrical to get some answers. he left several messages and I tried **ntacting thru the **ntact us. We never heard back from anyone there. This is really upsetting. Now we will have to pay a separate **mpany to do the job. ALSO why didn't the city of ********* inspector notice this???
