    For 3 years, our daughter attended m&m gymnastics. The last year our daughter was plagued with injuries, injuries that were well documented by a doctor. She was to tape her ankles every practice and meet. From the date our daughter came back to gym after her injuries, she was told she was faking it, didn't need her ankles taped all the time and they would choose when they stopped taping them. Repeatedly she was told she was faking it, made fun of and told she needs to push through. We had a conversation with the coach numerous times about us making that decision and it was met with an attitude and they continued to give her a hard time. There were other bad injuries at the school and those students were told the same thing, their kids were faking it. After a year of that kind of verbal abuse we made the decision to leave, along with many other families for the same reason. We gave the school ample time to refund our fees that were paid for future training that, in an email, we were told would be refunded as long as we didn't file a bbb complaint. As of last night we still have not received a refund. We sent another email stating that they agreed to refund our costs. They also threatened legal action if we filed a legitimate bbb complaint. Very unprofessional and they created a very unsafe unhealthy atmosphere for our daughter that was very afraid to speak up. Now, after the unprofessional response from the gym, we now know why she was afraid.

    Good Morning,

    Your account has been fully refund for the $420, which is the only thing you asked for and makes this complaint null and void.

    Your complaint against the coaches is not even close to accurate.  We have proof that your daughter very much enjoyed her time with us and her coaches, please see attached letters.

    We were being nice and refunding you partial payment for fees that are clearly stated non refundable that you agreed to at the time you paid for them. You also according to our policies should have been charged Septembers tuition since you didnt let us know by the 20th that ****** was going to be done, again see attachments.

    Respectfully we ask that this complaint be fully removed as the refund you requested has been fully processed.
