      Thielman will not honor any warranty unless you had them install it even though you have a warranty that states any credited air or heating company can work on your product under warranty. They just want to rip you off.

      A/C was out, repair was fine. Bill was $900, no parts and labor breakdown despite asking for the part cost upfront and asking for parts and labor breakdown after service. ******* the part, they go for about $150. Took a little over 1 hr of labor. He arrived 1045 and was done just past noon. Likely paid $500-600/hr for labor, which is about 3-4x what it should be. Got a call from them and the summary of the call was "well you agreed to the quote, didn't you?" and "oh i don't know where you'd see a blower motor for $150, all of ours are over $800." I checked again today on home depot and granger and they range $80-200. Full blower units can go that high, but that was not what was replaced, as the mechanic himself told me that he dusted off my existing fan.

      This company is tied to Roth Heating and Cooling. My system continues to fail every few months (well this time it took a week to fail after they “fixed it”). We continually have to wait for parts to come in so we have to suffer in the heat or cold for a couple of days. Last week we were charged around $900 for them to fix it and now a week later it’s not working again. A guy just came in and charged us $250 for diagnostic and we do not know how much the part is going to be but we have to suffer in the heat until Monday when they get the part. This business just seems shady and untrustworthy. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but since using them our unit continually fails and we are spending a lot of money for them to keep coming and “fixing it”. They seem to not be able to stand behind their work as since nothing seems to be under warranty even though I had them replace a system.
