Zero integrity, zero customer satisfaction and a worthless warranty. This is what you get from ********* Mudjacking. I hire them to raise some sidewalk pads that sunk where they came together. They are still 1-1/2 low after the repair. Pretty much where it was before repair. I called them back and a salesperson showed up with his blinders on and just full of B.S. Lets just say there is no reasoning with stupid. So save yourself some aggravation and hire someone else.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/01/2024

************** is under the impression that our mudjacking has settled, when it has not.

My estimator, ***********************, went out to look at ****************** concrete in June.  All of the concrete joints are still matched and have good even pitch away from the house. ****************** main concern was a larger gap between two of the concrete slabs, caused by the initial settling and steep grade of the sidewalk's incline. Mudjacking, as we had made clear, cannot close these gaps; we cannot move concrete laterally. This gap was always there, after settling and immediately after we fixed the sidewalk last year, when ************** was happy with the outcome of the job. The concrete has not moved from then until now.

At some point early on, as **** was trying to explain this to **************, ************** apparently refused to engage any further and angrily walked into the house, leaving **** alone. **** at that point was perfectly happy to continue a constructive conversation, but ************** had made it clear that he was done. ************** made no further attempt to contact us or work with us on a solution.

Soon after, ************** took it upon himself to spam various review sites online with negative and defamatory claims about my company. In these, he personally attacked ****'s intelligence and personal appearance. I have attached two of these reviews (out of how many, I don't know) to this response.

My company's reputation is stellar and speaks for itself, especially when it comes to customer **********************. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal and I am always willing to work with someone who feels unsatisfied. That being said, I have absolutely no tolerance for baseless personal attacks against my employees. If ************** would remove these libelous reviews and be willing to conduct himself appropriately, I would certainly be open to coming back to the table to work with him personally to make him happy. I am more than willing to cooperate with him in a civil and respectful manner, but that must come from both sides.
