My orders (#****** - April 27, 2022 and June 20, 2022) The labels the company produced for Honeybee Lemonades Syrups fail to meet the minimum standard. My graphic designer and I provided very specific instructions and shared specific criteria. The end result was completely in the hands of the company. The first set of labels that Red Oak Label, LLC printed had the following issues: In addition, all of the below issues in were addressed in the meeting with the company's team of experts and we came up with solutions for all of the issues. 1.The font lettering, on ingredients, how to box, separation is natural, location, email, social media symbols, nutrition facts are blurry. 2.The gold letters and logos have white shadowing that outlined the letters and logos. 3.The colors have a greyish tone to them. 4.The resolution on the labels are off. The second set of labels that you printed had the following issues: 1.The font lettering, on ingredients, shake gently, separation is natural, refrigerate after opening, beverage mixer & topping, location, email, social media symbols, nutrition facts are blurry.2.The gold letters on Honeybee Lemonade Syrups are bolded now and not crisp. 3.The background colors have a greyish tone to them. 4.The resolution on the labels are off. 5.Elements of the label that are not registered properly.I have tried to resolve the matter with Red Oak Label, LLC they haven't responded to my last email. I called them to confirm they received the email, they stated, they did get the email and there manager was out sick but would be be intouch. I never heard back from the manager.

    Date: 03/17/2023

Red Oak Label received an order on 4/11/2022 for ****** labels (8 skus). Artwork was created and proofs were sent for approval on 4/18/2022. The customer signed off and approved these proofs also on 4/18/2022. The labels were produced and shipped 4/27/2022. The customer complained about registration issues. Red Oak Label stands behind their product and asked for a zoom meeting with all parties involved (customer & their art department). The Zoom call took place on 5/16/2022. During this call, colors and fonts were changed as the customer did not like the finished product that they had previously approved. New artwork was created and proofs approved 6/15/2022. ****** labels (8 skus) were produced and shipped on 6/22/2022 at no charge to the customer. The next correspondence from the customer did not occur until 8/16/2022. The first set of labels were not shipped back nor were the second set of labels. Red Oak felt at that point in time we were being taken advantage of and let the customer know we would not be offering an additional replacement or refund. In turn the next correspondence from the customer was on 10/3/2022 which reinforced our feelings that we were being taken advantage of.
