    Terrible establishment. Kids are left to run rampant. Older kids running down little ones, not wearing socks. But after what I experienced today I wont be back. Went here today and there's a big playgroup. They don't require the playgroup to rent out a room so they're taking up all the common area tables. The moms are all sitting and talking by the tables. They also brought in a bunch of donuts and birthday gifts and some child was wearing a birthday shirt , and my autistic kid is having a meltdown because they're all talking about the donuts and announce that they were going to eat donuts. I'm in the very corner on one of the jungle gyms, and one of the moms who has a newborn that she's wearing is standing over there in her kid starts hitting my kid she comes over and she very rudely just says I'm sorry he's two, He's learning. Its one thing if you were right there. you should've been watching your kid and not all the way across the room. He was the only kid you had that walked. The same kid was the one that almost ran over my children with a bike. The manager is very unprofessional and basically just blew off all my concerns. when directly asked about carry ins, She said yeah that's all allowed. Despite, their website saying you need to book a party if you come with presents and cake/cupcakes/donuts. If you're gonna come in and be a playgroup you need to watch your children and not sit and all talk all the way across the room. Like the website states, this isnt a childcare facility and it should be enforced!

    Hello, we are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your time at our children's indoor playground. Staff was happy to talk with you several times to listen to your concerns. We understand that you were very upset. We listened and tried to help you understand what we can and can not do. We let you know that the room is very open for kiddos to run and have a great time on our ride on toys and play structures. Per your request we did speak with the mom of the little one who did not have a great interaction with your son. She stated to us that she was trying her best to keep her eye on all three of her children, she apologized and said she would apologize to you as well. Staff did keep an eye on the child and it did not appear that there were any other further concerning interactions.The playgroup is allowed to bring in donuts. When staff spoke with you, we let you know they were allowed to bring in donuts, they did not have birthday cake or cupcakes. We only do not allow birthday cake and cupcakes during open play unless they pre-booked a birthday party with us. They did have a child in the group that it was their birthday. But they did not bring in any items that were not allowed to be brought in. We are very sorry that they did not share their donuts with you, they had stated to staff that they only had enough for their playgroup, if there was any leftover, they would then share.Again, we are very sorry you did not have a great experience, we do hope you might give us another chance. Your experience may be better a second time around.
