4 starsI only dropped a star due to multiple scheduling issues on the part of SWAT. Communication, showing up when scheduled and even getting their scheduled days correct was a big issue. I wish they would communicate with the customer on the day of scheduled installation. I expect better from a company with SWAT's reputation. But, to be fair..... I live in ***********,**. Kind of a rural area.I have a 1582 Sq. Ft. single story home on a crawl space that tapers from a standing to a crawling position. I am thrilled with the final results. My radon levels dropped from a 9.97 (seven day average) to a 7 day average of 0.18. Before leaving, the SWAT technician left an in-home activated charcoal tester that had to be mailed to the laboratory. It was free mailing. Those results were 0.13. Setting up the paper tester was a little challenging. I went with the larger radon fan which is not whisper quiet, but it sounds just like my heat pump running, so even though it is right outside my bedroom, it doesn't bother me. The technician was efficient and professional and seemed to know his stuff.All in all, I am very pleased with my choice and I would recommend SWAT to friends and/or family.SWAT Environmental

5 starsGreat experience with SWAT Environmental to install a radon mitigation system. They provided a quote over the phone and had a technician out to do the installation within a couple of weeks. Tevis, the technician was prompt, pleasant, informative and efficient. The job was a lot more difficult than originally thought due to construction impediments in our existing house, but Tevis stayed with the job and got it completed well even though he had to come up with some creative solutions to a difficult installation. I would highly recommend SWAT and Tevis.SWAT Environmental

5 starsThe technician, Joe, showed up on time and looked sharp and ready to go to work. The job took considerably longer than they anticipated, but Joe stayed positive the entire time and delivered an exceptional product. At the end of the installation I asked for a recommendation for someone to Frame in the radon mitigation pipe, and he offered several suggestions that he knew the people personally would do a good job. That took a lot of self-confidence on his part. We would use them again or recommend them highly. He was very courteous, professional, and efficient.SWAT Environmental

5 starsFrom the initial contact through their web site through the installation of the system, the service was top notch. Dustin, the technician that installed the system, was timely and courteous. He explained everything he would be doing and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend SWAT Environmental for Radon mitigation.SWAT Environmental
