  Very happy with the work Tri-County did replacing the soffit and facia on my back garage and installing a gutter. The workers were thorough and conscientious and cleaned up when they were done. They were also friendly and very professional, including the supervisors that came out.

  Outstanding roof replacement experience. What I really appreciated was the quick, no hassel, easy initial quote for the roof replacement. I didn't have time to listen to a 4 hour salesman pitch like the competitors do. Tri-County sent out an estimator and sent me a quote electronically and gave me time to review it and ask questions on my own time. That in itself goes a long ways. The job was done within the timeline estimate. Some flex and grace was given for inclement weather, but that didn't matter to us. The crew knew what they were doing and completed the job without any major issues. Our home looks new again. Communication from Erike and Joe was great from start to finish - promptly answering any questions I had. Highly recommended for roofing services.

  Two thumbs up for Tri-County Contracting – siding and shingles 2025. I was one of many individuals in *** ***** who needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage last year. After being bombarded with numerous solicitors knocking on my door trying to get my business – many who were from out of state, I reached out to Tri-County Contracting as they had replaced our roof in 2010. I wanted to work with a local company that I could trust and I was pleased with the work they completed in the past. In addition to quality work, they offer an annual roof inspection for 10 years to ensure that the roof is in good condition and gives you peace of mind. The sales team was professional and made the process relatively painless. Jeff stopped by with samples and to review the final contract documentation with me and answered all of my questions related to the options presented. The roof was completed in April when the materials became available. The project was completed in a single day, the crew was efficient, polite and very thorough in their cleanup. Rain gutters were put in place the following day due to scheduling. All work completed seamlessly. The siding project was completed earlier this month. The communication related to the status of the materials and scheduling of the projects was great. I was notified of changes related to weather delays and kept up to date on a regular basis. Again, I could not have been more impressed with the crew that came to my house to complete the work. They were hard-working, polite and efficient, completing the project in just a day and a half, complete with clean up and removal of waste materials. Shout out to Jesse, the project manager, for completing the quality inspection that same afternoon and addressing my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to utilize Tri-County Contracting for any project in the future. They are a great local company with excellent employees and attention to detail.

  TCC put vinyl siding over our stucco chimney to match the rest of our house.The workers did a great job. Meticulous workmanship and responsive to all my questions. Very happy with the results.

  Just had Mike here from Tri County roofing. He did a complete inspection and a few touch up repairs. His exam with pictures was very complete. Our older **** roof passed but if we need work in the future Mike at Tri County Roofing gets our call

  Our experience with Tri-County Contracting has been surprisingly pleasant. They are extremely well organized, communicative, passionate and diligent. The entire process was smooth and easy.
  On Day 1 the crew showed up and systematically replaced our roof, and the results were spectacular! On Day 2 the gutter team came in and installed larger (6”) gutters and downspouts. The new roofing system is dramatically outperforming the old one by sealing off any potential water intrusion, as well as capturing all water running off the roof and diverting it away from the house. All of our long-standing roof/water issues had been solved in just two short days! And the annual inspections and warranties offer added protection.
  We want to give a shout out to all of the wonderful people that have worked with us on this journey…Sam, Tony, Mike, Amanda, Angela, Gloria, and Abel!! All of you made this possible, and we thank you.
  If anybody is in need of a new roof, we would not hesitate to recommend Tri-County Contracting for your project.

  After a ceiling leak last summer, Tri-County was the only company that explained that the stack seal was bad and was causing water to infiltrate the roof. We decided to have them replace the roof, gutters and 14 windows. Their customer service was excellent and the workmanship is great. Steven was the installer contact and was friendly and explained the entire process. The crew was excellent and covered all of our rugs and floors with drop cloths. No debris was left at all. Tri-County's office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and communications were efficient and courteous. I would recommend them for any home improvement project.
