      Ron does not tell the truth! He says it takes two weeks to put glass in a double pane window to cure but it only takes 2 days. He originally gives you a quote of $60 but switches it to $300 once you drop it off! He only takes COD! Buyer beware that there are plenty of window companies out there that are honest and more reasonable in price!!

      This person is not a Customer of R.B. & Associates, LLC. Her Contractor dropped off a Vinyl Double Hung, Double Pane Insulated Window that needed broken glass replaced and a Large Bent Aluminum Storm Frame that needed a single pane glass late on Friday afternoon. On Monday late after noon he was given a price for the repair of the two windows. Which we did get approval to go ahead. Both windows were repaired and ready for pick up the following Wednesday. Which was 6 working days later. The day of pick up she texted with the request her Contractor to pick up the windows without payment. She said she would mail out a payment, a check. We stated all orders are C.O.D., Check or Cash. This is the first time we had done any business with this Contractor. The Contractor was aware that All Repair Orders are C.O.D. until a relationship is built. Than we could Invoice out. Sounds like a communication problem between the Contractor and his Customer. Putting us in the middle.
