    My husband and I purchased tickets for a group bus Milwaukee ****** baseball game against the ******* Cubs August 28, 2022, which included transportation to and from *********, food beverage and seats for the game. We reserved and paid for the tickets in full 05/11/2022.On Wednesday August 24th I tested positive for Covid-19. I immediately called the day I found out I was positive to Care Free travel to cancel my tickets. She said oh, well all tickets are non-refundable. I told her again I tested positive for covid and offered to send my test results to her. she said unless I can sell the tickets, they are non-refundable. Nowhere on my receipt or the web site does it says these are non-refundable. I especially would think she would give money back for someone who has tested positive for covid. I don't believe they would want someone on a bus trip to infect the entire bus. This is not right, and my money should be refunded in full due to having covid and not being able to attend. This is a virus that is high contagious, we are not canceling by choice but by CDC protocol!!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    You have made prior refunds due to Covid since the pandemic started 2 years ago which were posted on your ******** page but have now been removed. You are also covered through your company insurance con the instance someone has to cancel due to Covid. I will again ask for a full refund due to a positive Covid test otherwise my attorney will be contacting you in regards to the *** Covid guidelines and how consumers are protected from this type of thing happening. Covid19 is not something that can be predicted or controlled
