      On November 22nd, 2024, I had an eye exam and ordered a pair of glasses (lenses and frame) at the Sheboygan Family Eye Care. I paid the full amount for the glasses. When I came to pick them up the technician broke the frame trying to adjust them. After that I brought my own frame, which they used to make my glasses.I did not receive the refund for the frame that I paid for ************* doesn't make sense to me why I was charged for the frame that was broken by the employee, and I never received.I called Sheboygan Family Eye Care and spoke with ****** several times asking for my money back and each time she would say, " we'll call you back." They still haven't called me or sent a refund.Please refund $142.20 for the frame that I paid for and never received.

      "Hi, *******! This is ***** ****** calling from Sheboygan. Family ********* I am calling back regarding the complaint. ******** from ****. Just wanted to let you know that I'm not exactly sure why you're still calling us, because she cashed that check on March 11th So she received a refund check for $142.20 cents. On March 11th I had spoken to her myself and told her that unfortunately, I'm the only person who does refund checks. We're a small business, and so I'd been out of the office for a period of time, and I'd gotten behind on those checks. So I apologize to her for that, but that was the way it was, and that's where we are. So if you have any further questions, my name is *****, I'm the practice administrator. My number is **************. But I consider this matter closed. Thank you. "
