    My truck has been in for service three times now for the same problem consecutively. It seems to be they cant diagnose the correct issue so they just keep replacing parts hoping that it is the issue at hand. The warranty company now refuses to pay for the repairs going forward after they have already paid roughly four thousand dollars trying to troubleshoot the original issue. I will also be submitting the warranty company as well to the BBB in another claim.

    I took my car here because there were the Only place open. The replaced the engine the turbo and the ac but it took over a month. And $9000. I called them the day after I picked it up cause the check engine light was back on. They never called back. They have not ever called back. I call. I leave messages. Reviews. Nothing I live in ny, and this is supposedly a **** backed **** service center. I cannot get **** as a corporation to force them to refund the money. So I can get another **** to fix it. I cannot drive back to *********. There are **** dealers here but they refuse to even look at my car because it might not fall under the warranty of the ac turbo or engine. The ac has not worked since may. Ive missed 19 days of work because its over 90 degrees inside my car and I cant be in it The turbo is so jumpy the car looks as if its leaving the ground. The oil change center told me there is a clog in turbo line. The **** app tells me the same. Still cant get it looked at. The engine leaks oil. Constantly whether the car is off or on.

    The statement provided by this Customer are simply false and inaccurate.  This vehicle was towed in off the Interstate non-drivable on March 7th, 2022.  Our policy is that special order parts are prepaid.  This customer chose a USED motor due to the affordability for her.  It took about 2 months for the Customer to come up with the prepayment for the parts.  The repairs were started after all the parts arrived and the Customer pick the vehicle up on June 23rd, 2022.  She has not left any message for us and we tried contacting this Customer after she complained to **** a couple times and this Customer never returned our calls.  This Customer put over **** miles on this vehicle in 30 days and waited that long for an oil change.  Since leaving our dealership this Customer has put over ****** miles on this vehicle and has only changed the oil 3 times.  This Customer had to use 6 different credit cards to pay for this service.  There is nothing that **** will warranty on this USED motor that the Customer chose to have installed in this vehicle.

    Per my phone records submitted you will see there was never a call back in response to any of the time I called them. Not when it was ******* or ****** or *******. I told them when I dropped the car if I drove it a lot. I was on a trip from ****** to ny when I dropped it off. They were the THIRD choice of this small town they claim to be beloved in. The tow truck company did NOT want to leave the car with these creeps but we had to. Nothing else was open. 

    these people refuse to answer my lawyers calls and refuse to call back 
    they refuse to respond to my banks. 
    yes three different banks Ive had try to contact them. Amex. *********** and ******* Sachs. The THREE BIGGEST BANKS AND THEY ARE BACKING ME

    makes no difference how many cards I put this one  they were back by three of the biggest banks of the world, and now those banks are tired of this foolishness 
    had yall done the right thing and replaced the used engine that was leaking oil when I called you from ******* the day I picked it up we couldnt be here. 
    Are they scared that ******* Sachs is coming for them? Or course. But the disputes will stay. Your reputation doesnt mean anything to I me and we will keep calling ALL THE FORMER CUSTOMERS OF THIS PLACE just like **** and ****** who have agreed to testify In This case. 
    all yall had to do was give back the extra 5k you finessed so I could properly fix the car in **  
    the disputes stay. You will not being getting the money back. Thats what your insurance is for. You messed up. Now you Deal with it

    I am simply not responding to the statements being said by this Customer.  Not only are they are inaccurate some of what is being said is simply not true and factual.  The credit card companies even agreed with me after they reviewed my responses to them and reversed the initial chargeback claims made by the Customer.

    The response to the proof that they never responded is to say the wont respond. We know. The lawyers know. The banks know. And now you know. The $5k out of 11k we contested is valid.
