    My next door neighbor hired *** to trim some trees for her. In the process of bringing equipment onto her property, they drove the equipment on my property and ran into my retaining wall - causing damage to the wall. On 5/31/2023, I called *** and spoke with *********. She told me that they were aware of the damage and would send someone out to inspect the damage the next day and then be in touch with the resolution. I did not hear from them for several weeks, so called them on 6/21/2023 and spoke with the owner, *********************. He told me it would be repaired on 6/27/2023. Several more weeks passed and it had not been repaired, so I called ********************* back on 7/10/2023 to check on the status. He took my name and address and said he expected it to be repaired on 7/13/2023. He said he would send me a text later that day to confirm. I never received the text and the repairs have not been completed.

    I have an update on the subject complaint. Two workers showed up at my house today around 8am and completed the repairs to my retaining wall. I did not receive any prior communication from *** to let me know the repairs would be completed today, but fortunately I was home to review/approve the repairs. The work was completed around 12:30pm. I am happy with the repairs. This complaint can be closed. Than you for your help with this matter.
