      I ordered a Bach aristocrat flugelhorn at first, but they called me to let me know they did not have that in stock and that the same exact instrument would be the John Packer flugelhorn. They got back to me in a matter of hours and they had it shipped out two days later. Due to issues with ***, not pro winds, I just got the flugelhorn today and it sounds and looks beautiful. Overall, they helped me save money and got me a great horn. I will definitely purchase from here again.

      Like a well oiled machine. Ordered a Bach Cornet Sunday evening, Jan. 26, on their web site. Jan. 27 and 28 confirmation of order and *** tracking number were received. Jan. 30, 2:30 PM the horn was at my door. It can't get any better!

      I ordered a trombone stand on March 3, 2023 which did not arrive within a month. I contacted Pro winds and was informed that the manufacturer was behind in shipping items. After several weeks more, I contacted Pro Winds and was told the same thing. I started leaving messages and received no response. I have left voice mail messages and emails but have not received a response.

      I ordered a mute one year ago, but I never received it, I tried to contact them, but the calls never went through, sent messages, no response at all.

      Zero stars! Took my money on an $300 order and never responded! Scam! Horrible!
