      I recently missed my first payment in 48 months, fist in 32 years. I received no less than a hand full of emails, and one vile letter as to what would happen to my credit. You don't have over a 800 credit score for missed or late payments. I spoke with a lady @ ext. ****, her response was I was 10 days late so no. Funny I believe there's 10 day grace period, so actually one day.

      Every time I had to deal with that place they absolutely ****. I had to open up a stupid savings account just to Finance something. Then they just close the account and take my money. Not to mention their hours **** especially the one in ******** who doesn't open till 1:00. Don't ever go here take your money out and go somewhere else

      We apologize that your experiences have not met your expectations. Although we are unable to publicly comment on account specifics, a savings account is a qualification of credit union membership and an eligibility requirement for any other product. The lobbies of each of our six branch locations open at 9:00 a.m., with the drive-thrus of some branches opening earlier. Lobby hours of the Waukesha branch were previously limited due to staffing issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      Very unprofessional bank and very bad communication skills. Ever since I got a vehicle loan through this bank ive had nothing but problems with them. I am currently looking to trade in that vehicle so I dont have to deal with them anymore. Called a lady there about a letter i received in the mail and she updated everything and said I was all good and then sent another letter a week later saying I need to pay $631 and that my payments would be raised. Im so very done with Guardian Credit Union. Horrible customer service skills.
