    I have been trying to contact store for over a week. Ordered a pair of shoes online after a store in my area said they were out of stock, searched the shoe and this business had it available. An hour later I received message from original store that the shoes were being sent, so i immediately sent an email to Scarpa to cancel the order and provided order # but no response. I decided to wait until the shoes arrived and then I would return them for refund and have sent 5 emails to store and to this day no response. They have a 30 day return policy and I am nearing the time frame allowed for return and still have no response. I tried calling the phone number on website and recording says unable to leave a message. Payments are in increments and I contacted Shop Pay because this has become a duplicate purchase, and they directed me to Affirm which I provided information to them in hopes of making contact with store. I live in ***** and this is not a good example of how business should be conducted and let the 30 day period end then I am not able to return at all. I read their return policy and again I have tried to do as provided to no avail.
