      I had been a customer for over a decade. Instead of taking the time to sit down with me and ask me about the strange deposits and withdrawals, they had their fraud department investigate me and they stopped working with me and closed my account and lost my Zelle account too. If they had sat down and really talked to me, I might have saved myself a year's worth of heart ache and a lot of money over an internet love scam. But they didn't the personal time to explain every charge and what they thought about it.

      Had fraud occur in my account. 6000$ in ****** currency bought on my debit card. Bank did not flag over. 60 fraud transactions. And not is not covering my money.
