    On June 3, 2022, I notified ********************* via telephone call that I needed to update my payment card on file as mine expired at the end of May 2022. I advised that the monthly fee of $25.00 was taken out on 5/31/2022. A charge was again taken out for $25.00 on June 6, 2022. I notified ********************* of this via voicemail giving the option to either refund it or apply it to a subsequent month. There was no action taken by ************** and my account was again charged $25.00 on both July 1, 2022 and August 1, 2022. I sent ************* an email on July 31, 2022 again advising of the overcharge in membership fees and my many attempts to contact him. I have received no response nor refund of the duplicate charge. I feel that I have given him ample time to correct this oversight without so much as a return call or email. My son works out with his football team at **************** center. My hope is to have this corrected so that he may continue to utilize the facility with his teammates.

    enclosed is the only time Parkers Place ever took anything out of ************************************ account. If she can prove that more has been taken out I will definitely refund immediately.

    I just spoke with ************************************* a few minutes ago (**** on 01 of September, 2022) the issue has been successfully resolved. She has two last names one is ************** and the other *******. She never mentioned to me ******* so I assumed that I only charged her the one time when, after questioning if she had another last name she mentioned ******* (in her exact words "many moons ago"). Once I checked that I found the error and refunded her on the spot. I have copied her on the email.
