    On June 6, ********************************************************************* removing n recalling my house. I walked around entire ************************ I halve an walkout so at those point hs is 3 stories. I asked if he had a ladder to gonthat high as edge boards needed caulked. He said yes. The 3 times gecwas here. No ladder in open bedvl truck. He did not do hob rt, I had him met with **************** n this person showed n told him what needed done. She adkedvto see his tools. A lnofe like with a razor. I showed him my caulk gun n expained how-to cut tube. He. ************************ silicone caulk, no gun n smeared where caulk should go n onto siding which is white n stained it. It was also bug lumps. I had garageredone n had to have painted. I lost my money on a ponzi ************ broke n notvenoughbfor food. Could not afford this expense. ****** his bid. ****** for garage. REST OF HOUSE I CANNNOT AFFORD TO REPAIR. I am asking he return his money pd. On a cr.card when he saud finished. Also the garage repairs. This is a high-end end ************************* are important. He promised tobl return 1/2 but lied n kept sa**ng PO lost it twice.. he lied and did not know what ** do. I have since seen other complains on various sites.

    In attached pictures you can see that on 07/19/24 she reached out that there was only one more place she would like done which was then taken care of

    in attached pictures you can see that the trim around the doors and windows is rotting away and hasn't had maintenance in a long time

    In attached pictures you can see how they're is multiple shades from different amount of fading on the siding

    So work was completed 

    She is reaching out to other companies to have the entire house painted not due to the caulking but due to the lack of maintenance over the years 

    The lack of maintenance can be seen in the pictures in the holes in the trim, peeling paint, rotting wood, and the fading color of the siding
