    I did not put in a service request, but I got a call from this company with no prior notice from my landlord, and I just wanted to know why they needed to come in my house to look at my furnace. The elderly, snippy woman on the phone said it was none of my business because I don’t pay for the maintenance. While consulting my partner about this situation, she said she “didn’t have time to argue with me about this” and “didn’t appreciate my attitude” even though I didn’t have one, I just want to know why a company I’ve never heard of wants to gain access to my house without my landlord informing me. She also said “oh my god, Vince, I’m going to hang up on her” as if I couldn’t hear her. This woman has absolutely no patience and a complete and utter lack of customer service communication, and with the way she was acting, I don’t intend to let anyone from this establishment near my residence.
