    this resolved as I had no intention of purchasing two facial services, only redeeming the one that was included in the original agreement. I also do not intend to get future services from the medspa. I have provided documents showing the original payment, the medspa inclusion in services as listed on their website and the 2nd charge. I want to be clear that I agreed to pay for an upgrade but at no point agreed to turn down my already paid for/included facial service so I could pay full price for another service. I had and have no intention of saving up facial services in their system as if to use it as a type of savings account. I am requesting a refund for the value of the medspa facial.

     Dr. Parkins reached out to the patient to discuss the matter at hand. In the end it was deemed a misunderstanding that has been addressed and she has been refunded.
