Requested a quote for a roof redo. We bought a roof and gutter installation. Mike and his team were so helpful and accommodating. They answered all of our questions, helped set up financing and got the job done. It looks great!

Windlickers is exceptional! We had Mike come to give us a bid on a new roof. He climbed on the roof to have a look. He found a couple of problems we knew about, but he was the only company who did something about it. Three other companies said they would be by to do repairs but they never showed up to do it. Mike did! He attempted to repair the area by the chimney and it didn't work, so he came back to try again, that didn't work either, so we needed to put on a new roof. We wanted to wait until spring, but we couldn't. Mike worked some magic to do a complete tear off and install in a week. It was a week before Christmas and he made it happen. The crew was wonderful. It was cold and just snowed and they still came! They built a "cricket" to finally fix the leaky chimney and secured everything. The clean up was also great. Mike was great to work with. Mike is very professional, he knows his stuff, he returns calls and texts even when there is a problem. We are perfectionists, and Windlickers did not disappoint. From the first meeting it was a clear straight forward explanation of choices and cost. Most exceptional was the attention to installation, care of surrounding landscaping, and clean up after roofing was completed. Inspection after completion to assure customer satisfaction.

I worked with Mike on two accounts The first was my garage and due to Mike’s excellent customer service in the past, I contacted him for my house roof. I did ascertain several estimates but decided to proceed with Mike due to his presentation which included friendliness, knowledge of product, and overall professionalism. I am completely satisfied with the excellent work and friendly on time service, I had a roof replaced, the crew was on time, they worked hard with no chatter or loud music and had everything cleaned up when they left! My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Michael ****** when we recently went through the process of getting our new roof. A new roof is a big decision and a large investment, so we wanted to be absolutely sure we knew what we were getting, and that the job would done correctly. After numerous other quotes, it was clear that Michael's communication and general roofing knowledge was superior to everyone else's. We had many questions, and Michael patiently answered all of them efficiently, thoroughly, and completely. He guided us through the process of picking out our entire roofing system, and he made sure we were kept aware of the schedule from beginning to end. We are more than satisfied with the final result. We also own a small cottage nearby and will be asking for Michael's help with that when the time comes for a new roof there.Windlickers Roofing and Exteriors
