- 1. We will only accept exchanges or return for credit or refund within 10 days of purchase and must be contacted immediately.
2. All returns require prior authorization and must be accompanied by an invoice and an assigned "Return Authorization Number" given to you by Pro Studio Supply.
3. We accept no returns after 30 days.
4. Any item may be subject to a re-stock charge, so please email if you have a concern. Items not accepted for returns include v-Drapes, graduation gowns and hand painted backgrounds. Backgrounds will be redone in an attempt to get closer to the style you perceived from our website.
