    Business falsified advertising product type in order to sell more and drive higher prices than market. Claiming a product is a premium tier when it is merely a retail offering. False advertising. Then banned customer when confronted.

    We are more than happy to help fix any delivery issues that this customer is having If they can provide an invoice number or a tracking number or name on the order We did look into this and it does not look like this is a valid complaint as there is no transaction in our system and or order with this person's name maybe they use a different name if they wouldn't mind providing that so we can future help. They are saying it's delivery issues and then the complaint has nothing to do with delivery issues but we are more than happy to help all we need is more information about the transaction at hand and detailed specifics like tracking number or invoice number so once we get those we can look into this further Thanks Wiscobid

    This vendor has received payment for an item I have purchased through auction and the item was never delivered to my home. I made every attempt to ask the vendor for help and see if there is a way to submit a claim to the ***** The vendor proceeded to accuse me of fraud, and attempts to commit mail order fraud. Without any help from vendor I submitted a notice of loss mail to **** and notice to my credit card company. The credit card company investigated and immediately put stop payment until investigation is complete. The **** has submitted confirmation that the package was not delivered to me, even thought the system stated delivered. The vendor has engaged in harassing and threatening messages to my house phone and cell phone. Also the vendor has disseminated false claims and negative comments listing me specifically on the national website, which has cause harm and defamation of my character.

    ******************** purchased a box of comic books (and a few other items) from our online auction site on May 5, 2022.    The package was successfully delivered to his mailbox on May 9, 2022.   ******************** filed a charge back request with the credit card company claiming the package was not delivered.    We contested the charge back and the credit card company denied his charge back request and paid us in full for the transaction.  We provided the CC company with the actual delivery confirmation tracking paperwork from the ****.   We have not threatened or harassed the customer but simply responded to his false claims that the package was not delivered.   

    His claim that the **** has provided information to him that the package was not delivered is not accurate.  If he feels any information from the **** is incorrect he would need to take that up with the ****.     Further, his claims of our listing his information in a national website is false.  We do not list any information on any customers in ANY website (or national website).     We have blocked the customer from further transactions with our company and would simply like him to leave us alone and quit harassing and making false claims about our company.  We have had more than 140 successful auctions, selling more than ****** items and this is the first and only BBB complaint.

    At this point in time we have done absolutely everything that we possibly can.  We processed his order.  We shipped quickly.   The **** delivered the package within 4 days.  They provided proof of delivery.   He tried to do a chargeback which was denied by the credit card company.
