    Boat purchase and loan acceptance through the credit union. Transferred over insurance from old boat to new boat. Credit union advised due to the new boat being newer (higher value) more insurance coverage needed. (Already have me the loan) ********** had to send the information to underwriters. During that waiting time, firefighters charged me for not having insurance and added $1000 to my loan. I spoke with them after a representative told me everything would be handled and corrected as I had insurance from the start. Now, its still showing a delinquent status and is affecting my credit. No one is willing to answer or assist me from the credit union.

    I understand the business has reviewed it. That still does not answer why they charged a thousand dollars when insurance was already on the boat and they approved the loan before confirming more insurance was needed. 

    I then did get more insurance added to the boat as required, however, the money was still added to my account. They were given permission to speak directly to my State Farm representative so the correct insurance could be added.  

    I simply would like a refund so I can pay this loan off and move on away from the business.
