    I purchased a pair of headlight housings on May 2, for a total of $920.26 with tax and shipping included. I purchased via credit card, which was charged, and the amount due has been paid. Big Rig Chrome has sat on my money for almost a month. During this time I have never received any shipping updates, nor a rough idea when I might receive my purchase. Finally today, a representative named *** called to inform me, unless I pay roughly another 2 thousand plus dollars, I won't receive my order. He said this was due to a mistake in their online pricing. As a businessman I don't see where this is my issue. Especially since it wasn't a problem until I ordered the item. That is nothing short of false advertisement. These type of businesses need to be held accountable. You shouldn't be allowed to advertise an item, just to realize you don't agree with the price paid, and then pull whatever price you feel out of the air. It would be one thing if we were talking a few hundred dollars. But no, the consumer should eat their false advertisement mishap and be happy with it. *** did offer a small discount off the item, if I agreed to pay their new full price. I have screen shots of their advertisement weeks after I had already purchased and paid for the for sale item. Which I will include with the order confirmation.

    A full refund in this matter is not sufficient. You shouldn't be able to take someone's hard earned money, sit on it for weeks, with no explanation, and then claim your website had a pricing error. How long was that "pricing error" product available to the purchase? How many people did Big Rig Chrome do this too? I can't be the only one. I want the product I ordered, paid for, and for the price I bought it for. Its not my fault their staff can't do their job.

    I realize you have refunded my money, after having it in your possession with zero explanation for over a month. All you can say to this matter is we fully refunded you? Why don't you send me a $1000 of your own money, so I can hold on to it for weeks. Evidently there's other people you did this too as well. Great BBB business arent you? Wrong.

    On April 1st, 2025 I ordered and paid for 2 sets of headlights, for $804.48 each off big rig chrome shops website. I've emailed a couple times about when the shipment was going to be made and they latest reply was they were going to get them sent to their location on May 24, 2025. I just received a phone call on May 21, 2025 at 3pm from *** at big rig chrome shop. He informed me that their was a mistake on the website and that if I wanted to take delivery I would need to pay $3857.99 for each of the 2 sets I already purchased and paid for.

    If I purchase and pay for an item that the vendor has on their website, then why is it ok after 7 weeks of receiving payment, then they can decide they want more money?   They did refund my initial payment, however I didn't pay them over $1700 to hold my money for 7 weeks, and then return it.  I paid for a product.  I didn't receive said product.

    Your bait and switch tactics are illegal and shouldn't go unnoticed.   you baited me in by selling me headlights for $804 per pair.  You held MY MONEY for over 7 weeks after 3 separate emails stating from you that my headlights were going to be shipped.   Only after holding MY MONEY for 7 weeks did you decide that you wanted over $6,000 additional.    Yes I was refunded my payment, but that is not the point.  I didn't ask for a refund.  I want the product that I purchased, for the price that I purchased it for.

    I placed an order on 7/02/2024 for 3 items totaling ****** was told order would ship last week of July when I contacted them on 8/08/2024 I was told one item was no longer available and I would be refunded ****** for that item. I never received my refund I filed a case with ****** who has sided with seller since they provided tracking information although it only shows a package was shipped but not was in the package. My initial case was for the entire ****** because I was going to cancel the entire order however they shipped the two items so I accepted that and relayed to ****** I was only seeking ****** for the item not received not the entire ******. I have copies of the original order,the packing list for what was shipped and received along with an email from **** ***** dated 08/14/2024 stating my ****** refund would be credited within ***** hours.

    I placed a order through Big Rig Chrome shop on January 26th 2024. After a few weeks I was contacted and was told that the manufacture is no longer making the item I purchased. And that Big Rig Chrome shop was looking for other sources. A couple months go by and I am told they can not find the item I am looking for. I ask for a refund and I am assured a refund will be granted. It is now 8 months since I have placed my order. I have been in contact with Big Rig Chrome shop and they are refusing to issue a refund.

    As a business, we can only be as good as our suppliers sometimes and the information that they provide us with. When items become on backorder for an extended period of time and we are not receiving accurate information from our suppliers, it makes it difficult for us to navigate with our customers as well. Our supplier messed up this customers order and only sent 4 individuals when he had ordered 4 sets. We battled with supplier in regards to this matter and they were of no help. So **** as a company trying to supply the best customer service that we can, we actually refunded the customer his entire payment, even though he did receive some items. We were not happy with the support we received from the supplier, but we did our best to make the customer whole. We appreciate your business and continued support when we navigated this tough situation.
