      Company sold me xf306 rims brushed. i paid and had rims delivered that were not brushed but had a black lip. i dont want these i wanted all brushed like i ordered. i spoke to *******Regional Manager and he said if i wanted to get the rims i ordered i need to pay an extra $800+!!!!very good bait and switch scam for this company however it is illegal to do this. i want my brushed rims

      There are attachments that I have added you can clearly see the rim in the picture is brushed and the title says BRUSHED with BRUSHED lip. As a matter of fact it is still listed on your website as brushed for the same price I purchased it for. The only thing that Says it has a black lip is your part number which is a bunch of random numbers and letters. You guys aren't taking your customer satisfaction seriously. This looks very bad for your company. I own a store with more than **** parts and I wouldn't treat my repeat customers like this. Specially won't do a BAIT AND SWITCH like you guys are doing now

      Just Yesterday We ordered a set of Tires rims from this company. We went thru a finance company and in order to get approved we gave them the address we have lived for 9 years. We just moved into our new address 3 months ago and wasnt sure if it was on our credit reports. We immediatedly called and emailed this company BEFORE the order showed processed and was met with recorded voicemails. WE TRIED EVERY EXTENSION AND OPTION ONLY TO BE MET WITH THE SAME VOICEMAIL. WE EVEN CALLED ROGANS SHOES LOCATED IN THE SAME PARKING LOT TO HAVE THEM TAKE A MESSAGE TO THESE SCAMMERS. We have yet to receive a call, tracking number, or anything so that we may redirect the shipment. as it stands at this time we have had no recourse. THen we come to the BBB and see this is a very common issue with them and the standard response is ONCE THE ***** IS SHIPPED THEY CANT CHANGE THE ADDRESS. THIS WONT APPLY TO US******WE CALLED AND EMAILED..EVEN CHANGED THE ADDRESS ON OUR ***** ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY************BEFORE******************** OUR ***** WAS PROCESS. LITERALLY MINUTES AFTER CREATING THE ***** ACCOUNT.

      I purchased a set of 4 brand new wheels and 4 brand new tires to be mounted and balanced before shipping to me. I received them a few weeks later and they were as far as I could tell in perfect working order. Once installed on the car there was a serious vibration issue which I assumed was a balancing issue. I then had the wheels rebalanced which did not solve the issue. I reached out to Extreme Customs for help in which they pointed me to an accessory that did not fix the issue. At that point they instructed me to get them road force balanced which is a better way of detecting issues with the wheels and tires after which they would reimburse me for so I agreed. In doing this road force balance the tech discovered that 3 out of the 4 wheels were beyond being able to return them to a safe spec so they were deemed unusable and not fit for the road most likely occurring from a manufacturing defect. I sent the requested report and pictures showing the results to Extreme Customs and received no response from them on how to resolve the issue. I have sent multiple follow up emails and have called multiple times but keep getting directed to sending them an email. At this point I would either like the 3 defective wheels and tires to be replaced and I will send back the originals or would like a full refund and I will send back all 4 wheels and tires purchased. I understand that the vendor may not have known the wheels were defective before shipping and the only way to detect this is with the road force balancing they sent me to do which I assume was not done by them as they were willing to reimburse me for it pending the results. After doing this and proving there was an issue with 3 of the 4 wheels I would just like them to make good on it by either replacing the wheels or refunding me. There has to be a warranty claim they can file with the manufacturer of the wheels which would resolve this on their end.

      I have not been in contact with the company and no I am not satisfied with their efforts to resolve this matter. Since submitting the claim I got one email from them from a completely different person and all it said was we can give you a deal on purchasing 3 new wheels. When I responded back asking how is that your response after not saying anything to me for weeks and selling me a defective product as brand new they have not responded to me since.

      I understand that they most likely did not know there was an issue with the wheels before shipping them to me, although after all of this I'm not so sure they didn't knowingly ship me bad wheels, but I am not an unreasonable person I just want them to work with me on coming up with a solution. There has to be a warranty process with the wheel manufacturer that they can go through to get these replaced since they were brand new and defective straight out of the box. We're not talking about a $20 item that I would just throw away and chalk up as a loss, I spent over $3500 on this set of wheels and tires that are literally unsafe to drive on. How are they not responsible for replacing them or refunding me? I went through all of the steps they asked me to and then they completely stopped communicating with me when it became something they were going to have to fix themselves.

      Everything checked out when they left our building and we ship hundreds of tires/wheels every day. We have no issues working with the customer to see if this is covered under a manufacturer warranty. However, the customer will need to buy (3) new wheels and if we get a credit from the manufacturer, we will issue a refund back. However, if they deny it, then he will have to keep those 3 wheels.

      It has been months of radio silence from the company and their resolution to the issue is to buy 3 more wheels from them and maybe they can work out a refund if they can get a warranty claim with the manufacturer. You cannot claim everything was fine when they left your shop if you didn't do the testing you required me to get done, on my own dime, proving that everything was not fine. If this was the only way to spot the issues I found and you didn't do that test then you have no ground to stand on saying that the wheels were fine when you sent them because you simply did not know. I can accept the fact that in most cases this testing wouldn't need to be done before shipping but telling me they were good when you sent them to me is insinuating that I did something to damage them which is not the case they were faulty from the second I put them on my car. You not knowing that because you didn't do the test is understandable but not coming up with a reasonable solution when I brought the issue to light is on you. This might have been an acceptable resolution if this had all been discussed when I first reached out to them in August but it is now December and I have zero faith that they will even take this issue to the manufacturer let alone work to get me a refund on them. Absolutely awful customer service and I will continue to warn potential new customers of their unethical and shady tactics.

      August 15 2023 I ordered wheels and tires from extreme customs for my 99 camaro z/28. I talked on the phone with a sales associate to be sure I ordered the correct size and fit. Once I decided the salesman made me a quote emailed it to me. After looking over the quote I paid $2,400 for the wheels and tires. I recieved the wheels and tires august 26 and attempted to install them. They are much larger than the opening on the vehicle where the wheels go. I only purchased these after being reassured they fit my specific vehicle. Contacted them about it and all they said is I need to buy a different profile tire and that shouod fix it. They sent that in an email and now won't reply and never able to get someone on the phone. I just paid $2400 for both wheels and tires that don't fit and they want me to buy another set of tires so they will fit my car. This set was suppose to be for my 99 camaro z/28 per there sales people and they don't even come close to fitting. Order # *****

      Clearly your response is automated , because for 2 days I have tried contacting you. I have yet to recieve a response. Automotive retailers are generally helpful and customer based. However this is not the case for you once you recieve payment you could care less about the customer. What's worse is the problem I'm having is not one I caused it is completely your salesmanship fault. I'm just stuck being victim to his lack of knowledge about vehicles. Which is pretty sad with you offering automotive services and parts.

      I would just like to notify the BBB that Extreme Customs sold me wheels that did not fit my car. Even after they guaranteed they would fit. They then sent me spacers that also did not fit my lug nut pattern. I eventually had to to make my own spacers and once I got the wheel/tire package on I drove on them for two days and one of the tires failed. Completely fell apart. *************** told me the tire was defective. I could have been killed if I was on the highway, is what I was told. I don't desire any money or an apology. I just don't want other folks to go through what I went through. This company is dangerous.Thank you for your time.********

      I ordered a set of wheels and within an hour cancelled that order. I used the finance company to do so. The finance company had no issue and told me to get a cancellation email from extreme customs and forward to them and would be taken care of. I did so with no response. I corresponded with extreme customs multiple times before discussing the wheels and as soon as I asked for cancellation they refused to respond. 2 days later 3 wheels show up at my door. Not 4 but 3. I email them and of course they have no problem answering now and tell me that they will charge me 25% restock fee and I have to pay for shipping. I refuse to pay in upwards of $500 plus shipping to return wheels that should never have been sent and they refuse to do anything about it. Worst service and shadiest deal I've ever encountered. If I don't pay that money and return they will not cancel and the finance company will start charging the remainder of price essentially damaging my perfect credit if I don't pay. These people are crooks. They knew what they were doing. They read that cancellation email and still sent the wheels knowing what they would say when I tried returning.

      They didn't let me give them the proper address. So my item got delivered to the wrong address and it got stolen. They also didn't send me the tracking information so I could keep track of my order so I could pick it up as soon as it got delivered to the other address. I had to ask them for the tracking information,but when they gave me the tracking information. The package had already been delivered two days ago. So I went to go pick my package up at the address that it was delivered to, but it was already gone. It was stolen.

      I disagree with the decision from Extreme Customs. They did not provide me with the tracking information until 2 days after my item was delivered to the wrong address and because of this my item was taken/stolen, it was no longer at that address. If they would have sent or emailed me the tracking information on time. I would have been able to keep track of my package and pick my item up at the address it was delivered to before my item got stolen/taken

      Order wheel and tire pckg 7/22/2023. Sent email about tires ordered next day. Ordered wrong size and decided i wanted to cancel the order. Sent email and left voicemail to cancel 7/23/2023 and 7/24/2023. Payment still not processed and no response from customer. Customer responded to tire question and immediately processed the payment then responded to my cancellation request and charged a 20% restock fee. I would like to recieve the 20% of my $2805.05 order. No way there should be a restocking fee a few minutes after the order was processed.

      I contacted Extreme Customs LLC via phone call. The automated system basically tells you to send emails, learned this after being on hold for over 30 mins. So I sent an email to Extreme Customs (*****). The email was sent on 7/8. I finally received an email on 7/13. I explained my situation about a set of wheels I received some months back for a Jeep. I installed them after my Jeep was worked on and noticed a wobble on car. I took my vehicle in and was told one wheel was out of round. I explained this to ******* at Extreme Customs, *****, He basically told me that that never happens, They never send bad wheels and to take my car in to get a 2nd opinion and send proof by videotaping the problem. I found that absurd. Why would I lie about it !. Nonetheless, the problem was never resolved and I have sent numerous messages and now ***** does not even respond. What a scam. That is why I would never buy again wheels online, First time and last!

Normally you would notice a wheel being out of round when installed during the first installation of your order back in February. However we did ask for a wheel runout report which we are still waiting on! Feel free to respond with that report and we can proceed from there!

      The wheels were in its original box until recently. I placed them on in early July of 2023 because I was placing a lift-kit and other items on Jeep. I had my original wheels on until then. I was waiting for the final touches to place my wheels on. That is when I noticed the problem. Again, this report you speak of will cost more money than I already have invested with your company. You should have run the wheel as well before you sent it to me out of round! Is that not what most companies do?. All I am asking here is for a replacement wheel and I can send this one back and you can run the diagnostics yourself to see the issue.

      The wheel manufacture will request a wheel runout report when initiating the warranty. Please send over a wheel runout report when able too so we may start the warranty process!
