      I initially gave the business 5 stars. Cameron was fabulous and the wheels were shipped quickly. However, they’ve installed TPMS sensors that don’t work on my vehicle. I now have the warning label flashing in my dash console. The sensors used weren’t programmed and aren’t programmable due to the manufacturers specs. I contacted extreme and manager Meet reached out asking how we could resolve the problem. In response I’ve emailed and left messages. I explained how much it is going to cost me to fix their mistake and I’ve been ghosted. No response from this company at all. Very disappointing.

      Thanks to the Extreme team, over at Extreme Customs being on top of things, I was able to receive my parts quicker than other so called on-line businesses. Extreme Customs worked on my issues over a weekend and even on a holiday. Thank you Extreme team. Products are well priced and they even have multiple payment options so you don't have to pay it all up front. Hands down, Extreme Customs' customer service cannot be beat. I fully recommend Extreme Customs for all of your auto part needs. Thank you, Extreme team.

      Cameron * at extreme customs was excellent. Instead of pushing my order through he brought to my attention that the size of tires I chose weren't the appropriate size. I appreciate honesty and great customer service. I hope to do much more business with Cameron and the crew in the future!

      Extreme Customs not only has great prices on great products but also has a great staff! One person in particular I would like to praise is Haley!!!! She text back and forth with me for days and stayed soooo patient while I was being indecisive about which wheels and size I wanted. Haley worked up probably 4 different quotes for me and did it quick and stayed SUPER FRIENDLY!!!! She is very very knowledgeable about their products and help me tremendously!!!! Shout out Haley, you go above and beyond and did a wonderful job! A++++ from me! Would recommend Extreme Customs and Haley to anyone!!!!

      "Exceptional service from start to finish! I recently ordered a wheel and tire package from Extreme Customs, and I couldn't be happier. The package arrived promptly, but unfortunately, a small issue arose. However, their customer service team handled it with lightning speed and professionalism, resolving the issue beyond my expectations. I'm thoroughly impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Extreme Customs has definitely earned my trust and loyalty. Five stars all the way!"
