    System is very expensive. Proprietary filters make it difficult to service. Installation took a long time to schedule. Salesman was friendly, and quick to respond. Promised multiple cleaners as a gift. Six months have passed and no products. Contacted office for this issue and was rudely told some products were not available and I would get nothing until everything was available. Pretty sure I wont see any product. Difficult to discuss return of product if unsatisfied as ********** carries financing and **** **** has the equipment.

    Shortly after sending in a free water test kit from Home Depot, we were contacted by Aqua Hills for a more in-depth, in-home testing. The sales rep convinced us that our well water quality was very poor, and that we needed a softer, reverse osmosis and washing machine aerator device that clams to make cloths soft and fresh with a fraction of the soap. Doing so would qualify us for a free membership to a earth-friendly soap/cleaners company, and we were given a set amount of free soap/cleaning products "that would last for years", they lasted about a year. They promoted that we would need to use very little soap and calculated soap savings to justify the over-priced systems they sold us. We were told we did not have time to think about the product quote, and had to make a decision to purchase at that time or we would lose a majority of the "deals". We went forward with the products and financing, foolishly allowing the sales pressure to supersede our wants to conduct product research, reviews, and compare. They did a good job with the install, and the products work as they should. We did remove the washing machine aerator as it did not do the job as promised, and we reverted back to our standard laundry soap and softener. I'm leaving a 3-star review for the following reasons: The products are extremely expensive compared to it's competitors, their products are proprietary, such as the filters for the revers osmosis system, you can not get them anywhere else. We received a call a couple of weeks ago from a lady claiming to be from Aqua Hills. They stated that the sales rep we had left and I needed to take pictures of our equipment, including serial numbers, to make sure I was being sent the correct filters as he didn't enter any of this information in their system. Two concerns here, one, if this was a legit call, we made the purchase years ago, and they are proving to us that they have poor record keeping, two, if not legit, was their system breached?
