Our company recently switched from another training tracking program at a significant savings. We are able to easily log and download our signature pages and training materials to our employees' training profiles.

Great program and customer support. Training Tracker is easy to use and is exactly what we needed to organize our training program. Anytime I have had a question I have received immediate feedback. Our company has only been using Training Tracker for a few months. But in that short time it has helped us to maintain standards within our internal training programs by giving us an easy to use system where all of our necessary tracking info is stored in a single location. We are moving from an older system that had too many required fields and too much data had to be input to generate reports and accomplish what we needed for the size of our organization. Training Tracker seems to give us the info and tracking we need to meet multiple third party certification requirements without the numerous required fields used to track data we don't need. As we continue to familiarize ourselves with the system, with the aid of the site tutorials and assistance, I'm sure well find even more benefit.Training Tracker LLC

Before we implemented TrainingTracker software system, our manual system, using Excel spreadsheets, was not working. TrainingTracker gave us the ability to reduce the number of hours spent posting and archiving training records. In addition to reducing the number of hours spent on related tasks, we increased our training levels compliance and record retrieval. The Get Help button allows us to explain our problem, allowing TrainingTracker support to focus on an issue and offer a solution to the problem.Training Tracker LLC

We discovered TrainingTracker in 2021 when looking for software to help track employee training requirements, monitor assignment completion, and produce regulatory reports. We were pleased with the demo. Our questions were expertly answered, and TrainingTracker passed the scrutiny of our IT department with flying colors. The well-written How-to Guides made implementation and training a breeze. The software is fast, consistently available, and very easy to use. Customer service has always responded quickly and corrected problems in near real-time. They listen to our feedback for product improvement. TrainingTracker has simplified our tracking and reporting tasks, and the cost fits easily into our budget.
